HOPE Group is looking for committed to service Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in the Litchfield area.
HOPE Group provides a range of pediatric, developmental & behavioral health services, including the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. All of HOPE Group’s programs are grounded in the evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Our BTs and RBTs are incredibly important to the client treatment plans through completion of successful data collection, driving of skill acquisition, and implementation of behavior reduction strategies. Main responsibilities include:
Implementing treatment plan as prescribed by the licensed supervisor.
Updating supervisor on behavior changes that affect treatment decisions.
Complying with billing deadlines via the online billing system.
Receiving 20% clinical supervision every 2 weeks.
Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
Registration as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board is recommended but not required (can be completed after hire)
Minimum of one (1) year behavior analysis experience
Proficient in MS Office with emphasis in Word, Power Point, and Excel
