Payroll Coordinator

This position requires experience in both collection and reconciliation of all employee time sheets & biweekly records. Work closely Administrative Team Members, participating in weekly meetings and providing required payroll related data to other departments as needed to support their functioning in the organization.

Qualified candidates must possess strong initiative and ability to dive in and do what it takes to contribute to our standard of excellence. Prefer Associates Degree in accounting/finance or related field with minimum of 3-5 years demonstrated successful payroll processing experience handling large group payroll and 2 years client billing experience desired. We will consider combination of education & experience. We utilize iSolved HRIS/payroll system. Other skills required to be successful in this role: highly proficient in payroll operating systems, MS Office, and payroll; quick learning capability to our industry and payroll processing. High level of accuracy and detail a must.
